Research Interests:  Factors influencing the nursing shortage.

Personal Information:  I am married to Phil Boley, Superintendant at Clinton Central Community Schools near Frankfort.  I have one daughter and a son-in-law, Leah and Mike Henley.  Leah teaches at Bishop Chatard High School.  Mike is currently on active duty in the Army, in Iraq.  I also have one dog, Suki, a black Lab.  Her name means “fondness” in Japanese.

Intercultural Experiences:  I have been to Russia with students five times.  I have also traveled to Japan, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Belgium, Holland, Austria, Switzerland, and the Philippines.

Hobbies:  We have a ski boat, which we take to Brookville Lake on a regular basis.  I also like to do cross stitch and other sewing projects.  I sing in the church choir at St. James Lutheran Church, Greenfield.
